Important customer information:


As a consumer you may cancel your sales contract within one month, without stating any reasons, in written form (e.g. letter, fax, E-mail) or if you have received the matter before the deadline by returning the consignment. Stated period commences upon receiving this indoctrination in text format, but not before receiving the consignment. In order to maintain the cancellation period, please sent your revocation or matter in sufficient time.

In case that revocation takes effect, received benefits and if applicable, usage (e.g. interest) has to be returned on both sides. If received benefits can only be returned, either complete or partly, in a deteriorated condition you are obliged to pay compensation (as per § 357, section 3, sentence 1 BGB). This only applies, if the benefit or degradation is referable to a case, which is beyond the scope of verifying the features and functionality.  Verifying of features and functionality shall be understood as testing the current matter, as is customary and possible at a shop. Mailable packages are to be returned at the consignee´s risk. Costs for return consignment are at your expense, if delivered merchandise is the same as ordered and the cost for the matter does not exceed 40,00 €, or if you have - at a higher price of the matter at the time of revocation- either not rendered consideration nor paid a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise return consignment is free of charge. Obligations for refunding payments should be fulfilled within 30 days. For you - the period starts by dispatching your revocation or matter, for us - upon its receipt.



Specific directions:

The right of revocation does not apply to goods, which are customized or uniquely designed to personal needs or based on their consistency, perishability and expiration date unsuitable to return.

If contractual item refers to services, your right for revocation expires prior to maturity if service delivery commenced upon your explicit consent before end of cancellation period, or if compelled by yourself.
